Ingredients

  • 500g - 1lb raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)

  • 1/4 cup of Jose y Jose Diablo Vinaigrette

  • Salt & cracked black pepper, to taste

    Method

  1. Marinate shrimp in vinaigrette for 15 minutes in a bowl. Set aside.

  2. Thread onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque..
