Cheesy Taco Pasta

Jose y Jose Original Taco Pasta

Ingredients

  • 500g - 1lb mince meat

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & cracked black pepper, to taste

  • ½ cup of the Jose y Jose Original Taco Vinagriette

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1lb penne pasta

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  2. Drain and return to pot

  3. Cook mince meat in olive oil

  4. Combine pasta with mince meat.

  5. Stir in cheese and the Original Taco Vinaigrette until cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.

    Serve immediately and get that fiesta started!
