Chipotle Bacon Glaze

Jose y Jose Chipotle Bacon Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (500g) bacon

  • 1/4 cup Jose Y Jose Chipotle Vinaigrette

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil.

  2. Whisk Jose y Jose y Jose Chipotle Vinaigrette and brown sugar together.

  3. Arrange bacon on a baking sheet or foil.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then brush with the glaze. Continue baking for 5 - 10 more minutes until crispy.
