Saucy Jose y Jose Diablo Street Wings
Ingredients
1 kg (2.2 lbs) chicken wings
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & cracked black pepper, to taste
½ cup of Jose y Jose Diablo Vinagriette
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp honey (optional, for a touch of sweet)
Chopped parsley or spring onions, to serve
Extra hot sauce on the side (because why not?)
Method
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil.
Pat the wings dry with paper towel (this makes them extra crispy). Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread on the tray in a single layer and bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix Jose y Jose Diablo Vinargrette, melted butter, and honey.
When the wings are done, toss them straight into the bowl and coat them well in the saucy goodness.
Pile onto a platter, sprinkle with chopped herbs, and serve with extra hot sauce for dipping.
Get napkins ready - it’s gonna get delightfully messy.
