Jose y Jose Chipotle Vinaigrette Roasted Taco Vegetables
Ingredients
1 bell pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 red onion
1 zucchini
1/4 cup of the Jose y Jose Chipotle Vinagriette
Salt & cracked black pepper, to taste
Method
Chop all vegetables
Toll chopped vegetables with olivie oil on a baking sheet.
Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes
